Keep track of your Loyalty Points/Squids! Once you have enough to  redeem a reward you can visit your Squid page and get your coupon or copy your code to apply at checkout! You should also receive an email reminding you that you can redeem.

Tiers have an eligibility period. of 1 year. Squid Points Expire after 6 months of being earned.

Since  joining a new tier such as Noble Squid requires 500 Squid points and the tier eligibility period is 1 year, a customer will need to earn another 500 Squids  each year to ensure they remain in that tier.

If a customer fails to earn the number of Squid points to remain in a certain tier within the eligibility period, they will move to a lower tier that aligns with the points they’ve earned during that period.
